Behind every smooth LIVgreat experience, you’ll usually find Matt. As our Director of Concierge, he handles the hands-on details that turn a good transaction into a great one, so our agents can stay focused on clients and our clients can relax knowing they’re in good hands.
When a home is getting ready for market, Matt is often the first one through the door. He helps prepare listings to shine, coordinating the small fixes and finishing touches that make a strong first impression. He installs signs and lockboxes, keeps showings running smoothly, and makes sure every property is ready when buyers arrive. When LIVgreat hosts a client appreciation gathering or a community event, Matt is there early setting up and staying late to pack down, making sure every guest feels welcome.
Matt also serves as a fire department arson investigator, which gives him a rare, trained eye for home safety. He’s the expert behind LIVsafe with LIVgreat, our fire safety series that helps homeowners protect their families and their investment. As a property investor himself, he understands homeownership from every angle.
