She works closely with local senior-care professionals as a member of Washtenaw County Senior Leaders and the Geriatric Social Workers of SE Michigan, so clients get coordinated support beyond the transaction.

Dani also loves helping first-time buyers move forward with confidence, advising investors on rental and renovation opportunities, and walking clients through the new construction process. She is a strong advocate for intergenerational communities, believing that neighborhoods built for all ages create stronger connections and healthier lives.
